Curtis is an organization development consultant and executive coach with over 25 years of domestic and international experience in designing programs for C-Suite, senior executives and their leadership teams. Curtis is a firm believer in the benefits of being in nature and lives with his wife, Cheryl, surrounded by the forests north of New York City, where they go hiking, cross country skiing, and swimming. In addition to his love of nature, Curtis has a degree in History from Emory University, was a professional actor for many years and has practiced meditation since he was 16 years old.

He, his wife Martha, and his two young sons live in the woods an hour north of New York City. In addition to his family and friends, he is passionate about hiking, biking, running and Jui Jitsu. He and his family are committed to localizing their food chain, which includes raising free-range chickens.
